Guidlines? I can't think of any major guidelines regarding craftworlds. They don't have the sort of centralized authority that Space Marine chapters or such would have.

I would avoid making the craftworld some sort of super-important point of interest to the universe (Eldrad once foresaw that only Craftworld Mari'Su can save the Eldar race and destroy Chaos once and for all!), but past that I don't know that there are any major issues to be had.

What are you thinking so far?

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

- Have it on an erraneous course through the galaxy
- and dont forget those curvy buildings
- and lots of temples with aspect shrines
- only use bright colors
- payloads of soulstones
- a tragic history, lots of drama
- keep out of the eye of terror
- stay out of fights, let the lesser races do it for you.....oh wait forget that.
- dont buy wraithbone from those wierd looking pirates, make your own.

Well here what I came up with so far: As a desperate measure to save their souls these eldar bound their souls to their armor allowing them to escape the predations of Slaanesh. Still working on it but how does it sound so far?

Craftworld Mary-Sue?! When did Craftworlds go Country?

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

Posting as Fifty_Painting on Instagram.

Err... He's referring to a different meaning of Mary-Sue.

@OP: Just don;t make your craftworld super powerful to the point of ridiculousness. Keep it believable.
