Can flying cav charge 20" in any direction just like a skirmisher? This seems a little imbal I found where it says they can move like skirmishers, but nothing about them being able to charge like them. The question arose because I was behind a unit of flying cav and got charged. I read that a model, like a regular cav model on its own could only charge in it front charge arc not like a skirmisher even though it can move like a skirmisher except through woods.

Yes, they move as skirmishers and therefore have 360 LOS. Moving as a skirmisher oddly enough encompasses charging, which is a form of movement....

nos is correct. Fly Cav is allowed to charge in 360 as they move like skirmishers.

Note that, to balance this, they can NEVER break ranks, so their abiltiy to deny static CR is seriously reduced.
