I bought "tube" type green stuff.
I know green stuff must be 1:1 mix.
If large amount of green stuff needed,I can do cut them with knife.
But when I need small amount of green stuff,How do I cut this tube? I need to keep them 1:1.

It's not quite 1:1 actually, you want a little bit more yellow than you have blue. And this very issue is why I'm willing to spend a bit more money to get the nice measured strips of GW's Green Stuff.

Takes small bunches of both colours and make little balls with them, it will be quite easy to see if one ball is smaller, if it is add some stuff to it or remove some stuff from the other.
@Aduro If you want greenstuff in strips look for Kneadatite plumbing stores, it comes in very long strips rolled over themselves wrapped in plastic, it is exactly what GW sells, except its 20-25$ CAD for 36".
You can also get it on ebay, here is an example http://cgi.ebay.ca/Kneadatite-GREEN-STUFF-putty-36-epoxy-2-part-strip_W0QQitemZ330398409486QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item4ced47a30e

The strips are terrible, STAY AWAY. First the area were the two colors touch is cured and creates lumps, second you can't alter you mixture at all.
For quicker drying and stronger putty use more blue.
For high detail and a more elastic finished product use more yellow.
If your not sure use 50/50.
@op question, you can cut it if you want, I tend to just pinch off a chunk half the size of what I want and roll it into a ball, and then do the same for the other color.

Clthomps is right. You don't need to be precise about the 1:1 mix ratio. With some epoxy putties you can mix in other putties and vary the curing time, the hardness of the final cured product, and so on.
If you put a bit too much hardener in, it just cures faster and a bit more brittle. That won't matter on a model soldier.
What I do with strip putty is cut the strip across with scissors, then cut out the bit in the middle with a knife.
Heresy Miniatures gives a bit of advice on mixing putties.

Automatically Appended Next Post: To cut tube putty, just put the two tubes of putty side by side, then cut across with a sharp knife.
As long as you don't squash the two tubes against each other, they will not cure to each other.

I'd suggest practicing with some differnt mixes. I generally form the bits of putty into little balls of the desired size before combining them so I can see their comparative sizes.
By experimenting before you really set down to sculpt you can get an idea how the different mixes cure harder or softer and the benefits of each( like how softer details are esier to sculpt-but also easier to screw up with your finger prints lol)
