Ok here are the lists after extensive playtesting. In our meta we play that Doom affects units in transports and Winged tyrants can DS, just in case this becomes and issue.
1k
HQ
Tyrant
Hive commander
Wings
Poroxysm
Life leech
ELITES
2 zoanthropes +spod
Doom of Malantai + spod
TROOPS
11 gaunts
Tervigon
HEAVY SUPPORT
Trygon Prime
This list has been playtested to hell and back against our local meta (with the excption of our local IG vet who's on holiday) and while I'm nt completely happy it does the job. Everything complements each other. All my offensive units require heavy weapons to bring them down or massed small arms fire. In such small games it's not easy to find an army that has enough of either. Been tested against suit heavy tau, mech eldar and semi-mech eldar. Mech eldar were the toughest with my best result being a draw, but I figure I have since learned enough about the list to do better next time.
1.5k list
HQ
Tyrant
Wings
Hive commander
Paroxysm
Life leech
ELITES
3 zoanthropes +spod
10 ymgarl stealers
Doom of Malantai +spod
TROOPS
Tervigon
Catalyst
Crushing claws
13 gaunts
HEAVY SUPPORT
Trygon

This list is my favourite so far. It hits extremely hard and fast. Although my troops choices may be considered a bit low, I found that the threat of everything else in their deployment zone really takes the heat off them. So far have tabled chaos, eldar (4 times...though his list was terrible the first 2 times. He also won once with coaching from the mech eldar player) and won or drawn my (many) matches against tau (oops, correction: lost once on KP's). Also pulled a draw against the mech eldar player while I was still learning the list so I'm extremely happy. Again the units complement each other with Doom providing area denial and the tyrant and genestealers cripple potential threats before they can retaliate against my MC's, zoanthropes and Doom.
Any comments/criticism or thoughts are welcome.

I don't have much to comment on for these particular builds until the FAQ comes out.
The reason i say that is because hive commander is either going to open a lot of doors for spore podding and outflanking MCs if it works off table, or well... it won't. As of right now, using adepticon rules, I don't particularly like the hive tyrant in your list. if hive commander stays as bad as INAT has it at, then I would probably advise just running an HQ tervigon instead, giving you a second catalyst for your second trygon, and birthing a few more troops to shore up what could be a really light number of troops.
If the tyrant is cut, then we don't have +1 reserves anymore, then I'd also advocate switching the thropes, ymgrals and doom for a full rack of hive guard....
And then of course the list falls into the totally homogenized internet special... max hive guard, lots of tervigons, and then either t-fex or trygon. Here is to hoping that they let hive commander work off table, so that there can be a more diverse field of nid lists...
btw, if your group is playing that hive commander works even off-table, then I think your list is great, and doesn't need any tuning.

I agree with Shep. Please please GW read this and let Hive Commander work off the table to add some diversity in Nid builds from the new dex. Otherwise its limited to Nidzilla and Horde.
I like your list a lot and i completely adore the DS army list, so much fun to play.
Here's my list which is simular to yours...

Isn't it a bit risky fielding only one small brood of Termagants and a Tervigon? There is a risk that the Tervigon will exhaust its supplies early on in the game before managing to spawn anything meaningful. Besides, if the Tervigon should be slain, the remaining Termagants could possibly die with it.

You can only outflank one of your troop choices. So the Gaunts will be in normal reserve and walk onto the table without synapse, and hopefully you have an objective in area terrain nearby?

I appreciate all the feedback. So to respond to all the important points:
1. I haven't had any problems losing troops. With everything in reserve/deepstriking/outflanking it becomes far too much of a liability trying to take out the the only non offensive units in my list. People have tried and failed. If you let the big stuff roam free they will table you.
2. We currently play it that the tyrant +1 reserves works off the table until GW FAQ it. If they rule that it can't then I'm just gonna have to run another list (I actually have a nasty horde list ready to go...just gotta glue the gargoyles together).
And to finish I recently took part in a tourney with the list. Got rid of the untuned lists early and managed to get to 4th place. The guy that knocked me out was running full mech, air cav IG. I wasn't surprised I was tabled. I drop, he runs and then pulverises me while I try to close the gap. Regardless it's a really fun list and as Shep mentioned, I don't think it needs tuning.
Oh and Tony...Craig used to run full mech eldar...I don't see how you have more tanks than him.
