I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's definitely a tournament that's worth a drive.

First year I had to miss it. Hope you did well, Aldonis!

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

Absolutely - always a pleasure to play you Wiley....we'll sort things out next time in the rubber match.

40KE - think I was 12 or 13 overall - was a hard tourney to get high battle points the way the missions worked. Really liked it - one of the best run events I've been at. Was happy with where I wound up - first time I'd run Eldar since the Big Waagh last summer - just played them after I saw the missions and thought the mobility they offer would be a significant advantage. Not sure that turned out true or not - but was definitely a bit rusty with them.

It really was all things considered.

With all the tourney drama going on nowadays - I'm so happy I went to one that I truly heard NOTHING but positive comments about across the board.

The guys at Grand Adventures in Murfreesboro and specifically Jason D. who ran the tourney are to be commended.

Hooters Girls FTW!
