OK this is the thread for you if, like me, you are a connoisseur of kung-fu/martial arts flicks. Bad dubbing, awesome fights, OTT action and the occasional overwhelming sensation of WTF: what's not to like? Feel free to post lists of favourites, clips, etc. Here's my faves list, in no particular order:
* The 36th Chamber of Shaolin
* Ong Bak
* Eight Diagram Pole Fighter
* Enter the Dragon
* The Five Venoms (a.k.a. 5 Deadly Venoms)
* Kung Fu Hustle
* Legend of Drunken Master
* Fist of Legend
You cannot defeat my Snake Fist style!

Does "Kung Pow - Enter the Fist" count?
Its a spoof movie of "Enter the Dragon" they removed the main charactor using blue screen and put in a modern day version and basically turned the whole thing into a comedy
But as far as Kung-Fu movies go .. thats a fave of mine

*sigh*
The Karate Kid, if that counts.
Under Siege, if that also counts.
Shaolin Soccer, because it kicks butt.
There was also a movie dedicated to Bruce Lee that was about his life that I also really liked. However, there are several on that topic, and I do not know which is which.

Just saw Dragon Tiger Gate, a movie based on the comic we know as Oriental Heroes.
It's a little strange (pink nunchaku?) but there are some good fight scenes
involving nunchaku guy getting slapped by a slipper, Tiger Wong kicking the crap
out of people, and the fight coordinator/actor Dragon Wong doing a neat running
fight on a baseball field.
At first I thought the concluding fight was going to be overly cheesy superpower
kung fu (a concept that I love because of kung fu comic books, but it seemed to
slow down this particular fight scene that started out so well), but I got over it once
the real fight began.

'The One Armed Boxer' and 'The One armed Boxer 2'.
Evil guy with tache: 'Nice looking bird, matches mine exactly.'
Meek tea shop owner: 'I'm sorry sir, this bird's not for sale.'
Evil guy with tache(and possibly fangs iirc): 'Who said anything about buying it, I intend to TAKE IT! Hiyaaaargh!'
Amazing, nuff said.

Back of One Armed Boxer VHS Case wrote:The loss of a limb leaves Wang Yu a blacken soul and an iron fist of vengeance.
He faces fighters from all over the world-Tibetean Lamas, a Mystical Yoga Master and ultimately a Karate Man who chops limbs away with his bare hands!
Classic in every verse, this epic production is utterly exhilarating, with carnage aplenty.
Starring Jimmy Wang Yu.
It really is as ace as it sounds.
