Hi!

Struck from a clear sky, I just wanted to convert the Nightbringer into an angel. But I've got some problems. First off, the arms. The finges and the scythe is a problem, and I don't know what to replace them with 'cause the arm are good, but not the fingers and I want him to get a nother weapon, I was thinking a flaming sword. Second, his face. The hood is nice, but i Think his open mouth just don't do. I can't imagen an angel with a face like that. Third, wings. I've looked around but I couldn't find any nice angel wings.

It would be cool if someone could help me find some ways to fix it or some alternative parts.

Thx

You can extend the hood so you cannot see the face, as for wings the pegasus ones from GW arn't bad. Someone should be able to find you a cheaper set though.

Depends what look you're going for exactly. Armoured? Robes? Bare-chested? May be easier to replace the whole top of the body such as: http://coolminiornot.com/77598

That, or just replacing the scythe with a sword. Who says Angels have to be beautiful prissy things? They can be scary too!

As for wings, any of the feathery GW ones will work. Here's a selection. Might be worth looking at the models they come from to get an idea of size.

I want him to be bare chested and have bare arms.
I don't know about making the hood bigger, but I just got thinking about cutting th face off him and replace it a human face, but I don't know if hat is possible.

I think the your best chance is to cut the hands of at the wrist with a modeling saw and a rotary tool if you have them. Then replace them with human hands. The only difficulty would be finding hands large enough. Ork hands may be better than human ones although I am not entirely sure.

To replace the face you would deinately need a rotary tool / dremel. That way you could drill/ sand out the face. Then just cut the front off of a large human head and glue in on. lastly fill the gaps with GS.

Im not sure about size, but maybe Orion of the woodelves could supply hands/arms? Even the head could be used, but I doubt it would meet your preferences.

Or, you could look up the Inquisitor game models. They might have some head or hands in the right size since the whole game is large scale.
