Sorry if this doesn't belong here but I couldn't think of where else it goes.

I saw an add, as many of you have, for Bit Kingdom on this site. I checked them out & their prices are good but they had 2 different numbers. I called them both & sure enough one was wrong. The lady called me back & I had a brief chat with her as to why she was getting so many calls. But then she said this "Yea I'll call them tomorrow & have them remove my number, I've been getting some angry calls from people..."
So I was wondering if anyone ordered from them and if so what's your experience been? I like their prices & thought "Too good to be true" and after that comment I heard from the wrong number I'm starting to think it is.

I had some good experiences with them, but it seems in the last few months quality has been on a steep decline.

Service is marginal at best. I had a bad experience and wrote them off.

Stay away from them. Got missing parts for bit sets and wrong bits overall. After a few emails asking how I can get the bits I ordered I just gave up.

Basically though, unless MAJOR changes have been undertaken in the last few months, I wouldn't bother. You can read through the thread for more detailed reasons of why ordering from them probably isn't a good deal.
