I am wondering what people feel are the most fair dice for wargaming.
I've heard small chessex are usually pretty skewed towards rolling 1's
While Casino dice usually aren't all that random unless rolled properly.
So what dice do most people use that they believe (or have other knowledge of) to be the most fair and give the best randomized rolls?

The most fair dice are the ones that both you and your opponent uses.

Not necessarily, since dice that skew towards 1 number could be more beneficial depending on the army you play.

Sharing dice is the best way to make it fair. However, with most gamers having dice superstitions (myself included) and wanting to use their own, I'd rather have things be a little more up in the air

True, but that would be an army based on "I want to break a lot in order to fall back and shoot, except that I don't want to fall too far back.".

I too prefer to use my own dice. That way I am certain that they are easy to read and with some sense when it comes to colours.
I consider it a "done thing" to ensure my dice are easy to read for my opponent.

Don't bother with casino dice. Just basic, square-cornered dice in any size are sufficiently random. My opponents are always welcome to use my dice. It won't help them.

I got some white bicycle dice that are a bit smaller than the casino dice that I really like, just because they are plain dice, not lethally sharp and big enough that they are easy for both me and my opponent to see. Plus they are kinda ghetto retro - they feel to me like the Chuck Taylor's of dice.
