If I leave my computer and the screensaver turns on when I get back onto Dakka and change the page it automaticially logs me out and takes me to the forum homepage. I then cannot move away from the forum homepage or enter the forums so I have to restart Internet Explorer. I also tick the box to keep my signed in on my computer but it never does. Am I doing something wrong here or is it an actual problem? I have tried the suggestions for this in the other post but that does not help. Thanks

Phone model doesnt matter, it is just some text for the other reason that test page exists.

You have a lot of addons with internet explorer - when they change, it can break the login/logout system a bit.

There are two things you can do to fix it. First, leave dakka (so there is no open dakka page), and then clear all your cookies. This should fix it when you come back and autologin again.

Second, you could use a different browser like firefox, chrome or opera. Just google those names to find the download sites for them.

Third, I think if you dont visit any page on dakka for 48 hours it resolves itself (but I'm not certain on that).

It is a known bug that I will get around to fixing, but is a real pain to track down the specifics. Thanks for reporting and the info though!
