Heya guys!

First of all, sorry if this has been asked before. It really should be somewhere around here, a few tips and techniques. But I'm afraid my forum-fu is weak...

Allright, so, I'm very much concidering adding some shell casings for... well, currently, my heavy bolter platforms. I've seen them on gallery pics, but I'm at a loss on how to make them. Plastic tube in the appropriate size that you drill a bit at each end? How did you make 'em? Tips, tricks, materials you've used?
