Guardians with metal close combat weapons. It's a hybrid kit nightmare, since the bits are too small to pin properly.

8 plastic guardians (with shuriken catapults).
Enough METAL pairs of ccw (some swords, some chainswords)/shuriken pistols to do them all this way.
One each of METAL flamer and fusion gun.
Metal helmets with topknots.

Hybrid kit.
Not hard to put together. Sand/file the ball joints lightly (and clean) on the arms before gluing into place. Use a good glue and she'll be apples.

Its another box that GW produced to convince people to not buy anything that has a guardian anywhere in the kit.. IE Guardians, storm guardians or support weapons!

Well the description of the kit has really convinced me to just convert normal Guardians into them

I picked up the arms and guns in a bits trade and almost regretted it after the fact. Using a few high, wood, or dark elf weapon arms and heads along with cut-down shuriken catapults works as a great alternative and you can get the fantasy bits pretty easily through bits sites or the dreaded ebay. Mixing and matching thr models helps break things up a bit and gives you more than one squad to work with, too.

Combat knives just are not 'eldarish' enough for my tastes. I used the Dire Avenger Exarch weapons, High Elf Noble and Archer swords, Dark Elf Warrior and High Elf Chariotteer heads. I'll see about getting picks put up for you.

I don't play elves, so it is kinda hard for me, and exarch weapons are too rare for my plan of 50 storm guardians
