I have a few planetary empires matchs coming up, and I'm trying to make a general list to take on my opponents, with only
having to make slight modifications based on mission and such. I will more than likely control more manufactorums than my
opponents, so I will have atleast 50 extra points each game.

I also have an un-opened Imperial Guard Leman Russ Demolisher box which I'm considering trading in for a Imperial Guard Hellhound.
I have 2 Reg Battle tanks, and they seem to be the variation I stick with the most. What are your opinions on this?

Not a whole lot of anti infantry in the first list.

Any suggestions on how to improve it then? keeping the points within the limit.
