This is my first battle report, I did it entirely in excel, purple and green are movement, blue is powers, red is shooting, black is assault, this goes for arrows and squares.
My lord was running with nightmare shroud, phylactery, destroyer body and warscythe
Apart from power fists on wolf guard and las cannons on long fangs at the back, I have little knowledge of what exactly he was running, I forgot .

Objectives: 3 Control points
Deployment: Spear head
Space wolves player deployed first and put 2 control points on table

Turn 1:

Monolith gone, which meant I had to change my entire plan, I needed it to go further up then pull warriors through but, that did not work, I got a little scared here and did not move everything up, but should have.

Turn 2:

Brilliant! almost 230 points out!, the scarabs died very quickly but then again, they have a lot of wounds left, right?

Turn 3:

vindicator did not better against my army than the monolith, no more big tanks. The vindicator actually exploded but could not ever hurt the deceiver.

Turn 4:

By now I was fully directing gameplay, I had given him the idea that I would attempt to move on the bottom flank, which worked, leaving two units in the middle of nowhere.

Turn 5:

The scarabs were taking all the power fist hits for good reason, the lord died but instantly came back with 2 wounds, which needless to say frustrated him a lot. His most expensive unit and HQ had practically been killed by 6 scarabs. The dreads did not help by continually missing either. I prepared to assault his long fangs. I needed to get to the final objective, as we both held 1, and I was contesting 1. Game did not end.

Turn 6:

He assaulted my warriors but they finished the power sword guy off, nightmare shroud threw another 200+ points off the table, they had not fired a single shot! His other long fangs were shot, causing them to retreat, no more las.

Turn 7:

He just wanted to kill my lord, and he eventually did, summary of units is as below:

Overall an easy game as he was not mech, which would have been much harder, his movement was also awkward and undecisive, I needed to move my warriors and destroyers more quickly, which I always hesitated on.

Let me know what you guys think, along with any suggestions on format and/or strategies.
