Compleat Games & Hobbies (North) is hosting the semi-finals and seems to be the only one on the GW list for Colorado. He has not yet reached the 40 player capacity. see http://www.gamesandhobbies.com/ for contact information. There is also a sign-up thread in their forums area.

The store will be open at 8am which is when we will be setting up terrain. I will provide table assignments and pairings at 9:30am so people can begin setting up and Round 1 promptly begins at 10am.

Round 1
9:30 table assignments and pairings, may begin set-up
10:00 Round 1 begins
12:30 Round 1 ends

Round 2
1:30 table assignments and pairings, may begin set-up
2:00 Round 2 begins
4:30 Round 2 ends

Round 3
5:30 table assignments and pairings, may begin set-up
6:00 Round 3 begins
8:30 Round 3 ends

8:30 (or when your match ends prior to that) clean-up your table
9:00 Winner announcements

We will only change the schedule if we get a unanimous vote to start a round early. Anyone late for their match(es) risks forfeiting the round.
