Just a theory hammer list I came up with, might try it some day. It comes out around 1475, any suggestions for the last 25 points?

Very Very Very low model count for a 1500 point game, and if you roll anything like me, you'll be killing 10 of your own guys.

Now onto a more series note, drop Sicarius and his command squad, use the extra points to add some more troops or some extra armor.

What kind of advice are you looking for if it isnt supposed to be "competitive in ANY WAY"??

You could add a 5 man Devistator Squad armed with Plasma Cannons and another LC-TLPG Razorback

And I just made this for fun that's what I mean by non-competitive.
I also lack the models for a PC dev squad or I would definitely have one.
