This month at our local shop they got the new Wargames Illustrated with the free Osprey book in it. Nepoleon's Guard Infantry- It is a 20 dollar book added in along with the mag.

I saw those new Perry Nepoleonics, today as well. 40 bucks or so for 52 or 60 guys is a pretty good deal.

Wargames Illustrated is now looking like what WD used to strive for with cool add ins like these things.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

I love those Osprey books, that's a fantastic find.

Cheers.

WD gave up years ago. The 3 tiles from the WH Campaign thingy really ended it for me.

"And what is wrong with their life? What on earth is less reprehensible than the life of the Levovs?"
- American Pastoral, Philip Roth

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.

Notice who the Editor is: Dave Taylor

He's doing a real bang up job on the magazine.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Dave, the Mag is top drawer, even after the upgrade.

It was always a great book, now even more now with add ins like the new Ospery books, and the Victrix paint guide.

Now I'm gunning to sell off some excess GW to fund the new Historicals fix that I'm getting from reading this months mag.

39.00 for 10 or 39.00 for 56-60? The quality of the figs is what sold me.
