Forgetting to take deamonic mastery test after using deamonic weapon such as Lash of Torment.

Forgetting that having my flamers/horrors in squads of 9 gives me a +1 to summoning rolls!  That is by far the biggest thing I forget.  That bolter's are AP5 not AP6... don't ask me why no matter how many times I try to commit that to memory I always end up saying AP6 to other people.

Though as far as other people's forgetfulness.... I would say the guy that wont leave his vehicles on the table when they are downed but not blown up to represent the wreckage.  Then when he is rolling morale on a LD10 because of his ethereal, we forget the "wreckage" should be blocking LOS and his squads should be hauling ass for his table edge from several of the rolls he would failed on regular LD.

I've forgotten to move things in my last tournament. They were on the other side of a building and I did not see them from my side of the table. This cost me dearly and my opponent definitely was not going to point it out.
