I gave up my girlfriend and my food for gaming. Cause space marines are sooo cool! I mean they're little guys who shoot bolts and talk about geneseed.

Sometimes I pretend they can talk to me, then I dont miss food or gf.

My wife doesn't mind that I paint or play. She can think of worse things for me
to be doing and she knows I'm not going out to meet hot chicks at the game
store.

What she doesn't know is that I game with hot men. Wooooo!

You're lucky, the men that I game with are terribly ugly.

I am another 'time' person to add to the list, although I have started paying an unemployed friend to do my painting for me so not as much as I used to. I do a lot of buying/selling/trading on eBay and bartertown so at this point I figure I have about $500 out for about $5000 retail of models.

Of course the books / painting etc. aren't free but I also Scuba dive which I get to do one week a year and costs more for one week of diving than I have put out for all my gaming gear combined.
