Getting there, still pretty basic painting but better than your first attempts. Keep it up and one day you'll look back at this Badmoon Ork army and laugh.

Death to the false emperor I repainted my Khorne Berserkers and finished some more fallen space wolfs Lots of pics so this will be done in waves.

Update for you
I decided that my Chaos horde was lacking in the Khorne Berserker category, so I bought a box and painted them up. I had some fun going through my bits box and adding plasma pistols/power swords. I ran 2 squads of Berserkers in game this weekend and they ate some vanilla marines and a few razorbacks
I ran one squad of em my tournament match at my FLGS, my last 2 berserkers killed 4 nid warriors and 23 guants in CC. They basically won the match for me annihilating his guant squad twice.
The 2 defilers are WIP stage, not sure what I am going to do for main body frame, I might just do chaos black with black ink over it.
The boyz are 1st part of my march vows this month, 13 down, 27 more to go I converted the shoota boy from AOBR slugga boy.

cool guys and i especially like the Khorne B's but you need to work on your painting a tad and maybe a bit less random colours, especially on the defiler. I really like that Khorne beserker with the 2h axe where did you get him. o and 1 more thing I really like your guys but one of them is marines not chaos. you need to cut off his symbols!!

I think the colors are mostly well chosen. The blue on the defiler needs some work to
make it fit well with the red, but it's a work in progress so I expect it'll get some kind
of treatment.

Deadly Chicken makes a valid point, the blue is too bright and flat, a wash of Asurmen Blue, Badab Black or possibly a mx of the two will solve this

And the last regular CSM you posted has got something goin on with his bolter! If you want to avoid this, DRY FIT BEFORE GLUING!

Though, if their renegade (newly Chaos or whatnot) marines, their symbols and such should be defaced or removed - I mean, what self-respecting renegade chapter would still bear the symbol of the emperor?

I must admit, you are becoming quite the painter - but judging from the amount of models and free time you have that is to be expected. Keep trying to convert but don't try too hard.

And I think you should try using yellow in conjunction with brown or possibly orange for your orks.

Everybody was a rookie with painting at the start of their Warhammer lives. I'm pretty crappy with painting (Caffine!!!!!!!!!!!!!) but it don't stop me from trying!

Deadly chicken: the Khorne Berserker with the 2h axe is khorne lord, I got at my FLGS. I enjoy rolling for the khorne daemon weapon with him.

!?: Thanks, I bought a lot of models last year, and seeing as how my internship this semester died with the US economy I have had alot of free time to paint, while I wait for my universities summer semester to start so calculus, statisitics, hydrology, geology course can take up all my free time......

Malfred,P4NC4K3: Thanks for suggestion, I am thinking on one I will try blue/black wash. The other I might paint the blue around the battlecannon red, with some orange highlights not sure. But yes the blue needs some help.

My defilers and Khorne berserkers are my new favorite units. I drew a Tyrinid player for the 1st round of a double elimination tourny @ my FLGS and I had 2 Berserkers in CC with 4 warriors and 23 guants, when the dust settle after 3 rounds of cc he had 1 warrior left, and I had my to berserkers. My deflilers blew his geanstelers of the board. It was a solid win for me seeing as how he had 3 half dead warriors left on the field and I had 2 bersekers sitting on his capture point.

Nice one. I'm yet to win a solid game with my tau. First game was gray knights, which with my 500 pt tau without any anti-armor had to fight a venerable dreadnaught...........

I can see your skill gradually improving, although, carefull on the eyes. Use a very fine brush and only the most minute ammount of paint, that would help you some.
Good work though..

It might just be the pictures and someone else might have already posted about this, but you might want to try thinning your paints a bit. Don't take the paint right from the pot. Some of the details are being lost by some really thick paint.

Also try and pick out some more of the individual details on the bezerkers. I feel that you are trying to get them painted to fast and are losing some of the finer details along the way.

These are just my thoughts.

Couple of little things Ork eyes I reckon look better red than white. Also the looted weapons would have looked much nicer if you'd have cut them at a join rather than stuck the entire arm on. Practice makes perfect.

Incoming!
I spent the last 2 weeks painting a group of orkboyz off and on again. I made the rest of my AORB boyz and converted most of them into shootas and a mek. I also made the nobs from the new plastic kit and used some the extra bits to spice up some AOBR nobs a tad. I will paint those later, after I paint up some eldar.
I swiched from a delvan mud wash to a badab black wash it darkens and shades better over my color tons. I like the resuslts and combined with thraka green has add more depth to my orks hides.
My chaos horde was hit and miss as far as games go. I smashed an IG army, I won 6 kp to 1 kp. I got trounced by and eldar army, I couldn't make a save at all and my opponent had some hot dice and lots of rerolls thanks to Eldrad. I played another Eldar army, I lost 7 kp to 4 kp, we shoot each other apart but he was able to finish off squads and nail some of my vehicles while I didn't finish things, poor dice on my part. LoL

2nd wave
This is a test scheme for my Eldar. I am doing craftworld Yme Lock. No shading or final touches on him, very WIP. Let me know what you guys think. I plan on washing the bone with sepia, not sure on the rest of him. I painted his helm up in DA colors and his body armor is the craftworlds colors.

Here is the first squad of DAs for craftworld Yme-Loc.
Codex grey for legs/body.
solarious orange/blazing orange armor.
White/blue for aspect temple, with blue wash over blue.
bleached bone/sepia wash for weapons/add ons.
ogran flesh over body and armor.

gud but needs a bit more depth.

I reccomend a few inks & washes on the grey and white.
