At first i thought the green on the buzzsaw was some flash that you forgot to clip off and then i saw the rest of it. Was it your own conversion or was it on the model?

-Plastic Painboy: I wish I thought about that earlier. I already used the buzzsaw arm on another Nob (in an earlier pic on this thread).

-The blue is pretty straight forward. I used Vallejo Magic Bluff Blue (Ultramarine blue? equivelant). Then Blue wash and go back with the Magic Bluff Blue mixing bits of white in for varying shades.

-The green thing on the buzzsaw arm is a syringe. I should have cut it off as I really dont like it and didn't know how to paint it. It indeed comes on the model.

It's been busy, but I managed to get another Nob completed (sans base). I want to get the unit to 10 strong, so I'm getting a bit closer. Let me know what you think.

I usually don't like to see da Orks mixed with blue, but you paint them so well that they appear to belong together. Keep it up!

It's been awhile, but I've gotten back into updating my Orks. After a tournament yesterday, I'm convinced I will continue with my 'shooty' Deff Skull army. I've finished one of my HQ's, a Big Mek with Kustom Force Field and Powerklaw. Let me know what you think of him.

I've been able to get more work done. On the plus side, the army has expanded quite a bit. On the downside, I keep putting off going back and detailing all the Boyz and Lootas that have only basic colors on them. Here are some more pics of the growing Deff Skullz army. It's now led by a Big Mek, good and propa!!!!

Haha. I actually didn't notice it was upside down until I was building my 2nd BW. However, it looked ok and I thought it looked more menacing.

I like Snikrot a lot. I only ran a 5 man strong unit, but have since decided I need 3 more Kommandos.

The first of 5 Lootas have been started. I'm trying to make them each look a bit individual as it's pretty easy to lose sight of each of them with all the huge barrels.

Small update today. I probably spent too much time detailing a single model. However, there is so much cool stuff on Lootas that garnered some attention. For my Necronomicon army, I only have 11 more to detail. Hope you like the model..

And yes, I know I'm missing a little bit on the weapon. I have to wait until I get back home to get those bits added....
