I would have to say Dark Eldar. DE were so evil created a chaos god. CSM just worship chaos gods.

Actually, "The Eldar" Created the Slaanesh. This then broke up into different Factions. The Exodite Eldar, who left well before The Fall to colonise other worlds. The Craftworld Eldar, who live on the Craftworlds and follow "The Path" to prevent Slaanesh Getting Stronger. The "Crone Eldar", those twisted abominations who continue to love on the Eldar Homeworlds (known as Crone Worlds) within the Eye of Terror. Then you have the Dark Eldar, who inhabit the Webway city of [Unspellable Name] and follow the old way of Eldar Life, embracing their over-emotion and loving it. Because of this, they are not as Psychically attuned as their Craftworld/Exodite Cousins due to their exposure to the Whims of Slaanesh, not to mention they sacrifice souls of others to Her for immortality, and a Psykers Soul is worth a lot, so any Psychic Dark Eldar Would be killed ASAP.

There are of Course the Harlequins, Stewards of The Black Library™, but they are weird and smell funny.
