Shooting 4 MultiMeltas at a rhino's soft behind, all 4 hit, all 4 got 1-2's on some single and some double dice for penning... the rhino lived and fled in a kipp point mission.

Forgetting to assault on the turn I brought Snikrot in. My opponent happened to be a nice guy and let me multicharge his oblits anyways...which would have been cool had my burnas not epic-failed.

He later forgot to shot his oblits after lashing my orks into a nice formation So I returned his favor.

this one time I dropped in a drop pod with a full team of SM to take out a group pf Eldar Rangers, and was able to take out all but 2, how ever on my opponents turn he deep striked in two more teams of rangers(on target might I add) and proceded to take out my whole team of SM and then, moved up a tank that destroyed my drop pod.

This one wasn't my game, but I saw it all happen. The game was two IG players (One running mech, one running horde) going up against CSM and Orks. Well, first off the Ork and Horde Guard players met in the center of the map and basically imploded against each other. The game ended with virtually no Orks or Guardsmen on the field. But that was only a contributing factor to the whackiness that happened in the end.

Well, close to the last turn, the Mech Guard player finally managed to outflank his Valkyrie (IIRC. Don't quote me on that one, I have never played against Guard nor as them in my short time playing 40k) right next to a piece of terrain that was being held by a bunch of Noise Marines. The Valkyrie unloaded its crew, killed off the entire squad, and moved on, thus stopping them from holding an objective, with nobody left to go and grab it.

The Guard looked like they were going to win - out of 3 objectives, they held 1 with HWTs, while the Orks/CSMs held nothing (Remember, the Orks and Horde Guard killed each other in Assault completely). Then the Lash Prince picked his target. Passed his test, rolled just high enough to whip one of the HWTs off the objective. The game ended there with nobody holding any of the objectives. One of the greatest WTF moments I've ever seen.

Guard ultimately won, by the way, thanks to the fact that both CSMs and Orks lost almost everything, and the Mech Guard player was almost completely untouched throughout the entire game.
