It isn't racist to note that certain kinds of behaviour are more common among certain population. You'd have to make sure it isn't just confirmation bias, but it can be perfectly valid to point out that a certain population tends towards certain activities more than others.

On the other hand that's very racist. And fairly ignorant of the life of Mohammed, as well.

Yes, what matters is the difference between a stereotype and 'actually tendencies that can be found among that racial group.

For instance, it isn't racist to say that Chinese people tend to be shorter than other populaitions. It isn't racist to point out that Australian Aboriginals are many times more likely to end up in prison than other Australians.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Come on, sebster. We must have been through this several times now. This guy haggles taxi drivers for kicks, I mean, someone get him something more meaninful to waste his time on for Christmas, like an Xbox or Backgammon board.

Actually, I would say that is racist. What wouldn't be racist to say is that, per capita, there is a higher percentage of Australian Aboriginals in prison, rather than saying that the fact that one is Aborignal means you are more likely to go to prison.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.

It's more likely to be that they're recent immigrants from countries with much laxer driving laws, where the person who shouts loudest wins the claim.
