Yeah Chaos is definately the way to go. Sure chaos has it's downsides but controled chaos worship can work.

No, no it would not.

In fact, it would destroy the Imperium from within, as it is trying to do now. The Chaos Gods do not want stability or peace. They want war. Bloodshed, rotting corpses, rampant mutation and sorcery, hedonism and general excess, and so on and so forth. Let Chaos get a single talon talon within your soul, and they will slowly infect even the most strongly willed person. Only Blanks are utterly immune to Chaos, and they can't use the powers of Chaos to begin with.

Crowe does not use the daemon sword willingly. If he had a chance to permanently destroy it and the daemon within, he would do it in an instant. He keeps the sword until that method can be found, doing his best to keep it from corrupting him. Chaos wars with itself all the time, if not actually more than it wars with the Imperium.

There are a number of chaos xenos that have stable societies. While DE aren't chaotic their culture would fit with chaos and they manage be a powerful force.

Regardless of why crowe has the sword he is still able to use it without turning to chaos.

I would gather Blanks and turn them in t space marines the march on the eye of terror.

find a way to turn people into blanks

make power armor for orgyn

send power armored orgyn to fight orks

instead of prison planets if your a convict your given a lasergun and droped on an ork world

gather nids up and drop them on tomb worlds to fight necrons

Chaos won't take over the Imperium or any culture it would destroy it then use the broken parts to destroy other stuff. Restating my other idea why has nobody else wanted to revive Big E and the Primarchs yet? Also turn half the IG into space marines and start a new crusade.

I would authorize exterminatus much more often. Forget fighting desperate battles to claim and save planets, etc. There are enough resources in the galaxy to lose worlds, and the Imperium already doesn't really care about its citizens. Scorched earth policy across the entire galaxy except the most vital planets like Terra. End the constant warfare and pick up the pieces after.

Friendly orks? Can I have some of that reefer? Most you can do is maybe lead orks into a bigger fight.
