Yes, I am guilty of skipping out on the map, due to a very hot pizza and drunk-status. Send in the turns while I craft the sheets. They may be different, due to my inability to visit the original threads.

Also, yes, economy should be better played. So a basic reference will be used. A little will have no effect, while general will have a minor, and further may have drastic effect.

If I stop doing turns, please, get me off my lazy ass.

A few notes about France:

It has the fourth largest economy in the world, due to being the world leader in nuclear power, second largest in agriculture, fourth largest in firearms and the world's top tourist destination. It also has one of the largest and most modern navies in the world, containing an aircraft carrier, 32 frigates, 10 nuclear submarines and numerous support craft, and the third highest military spending per year in the world. Just something to take in to account.
