I love chaos. If you really like the army, the strength of the codex (or lack there of) is really not an issue. They are competitive enough that you stand a chance, and some builds can even hang with top tier codexs.

That would be only if it said "must re-roll...". It does not, it says may.

True enough.

I was also thinking of similar rules like lightning claws its says re-roll any FAILED wounds, however preferred enemy is worded verbatim to warptime. Looks like my friend was playing it "wrong" all along till the latest FAQ lol

Guess there is a reason why he hardly used warptime and stuck with lashes of submission (which took a nerf that certainly came outta nowhere!)
