The Battle Tank is the most versitile out of the lot and i think is best.

the Executioner is runner up but it can't deal with heavy armor (even with a Las Cannon, but every Russ can carry a LasCannon), but it can slaughter heavy troops.

Punisher has its niche. Demolisher is fun to drop plates on people and wipe them out but the range can be a problem.
Vanquishers and nice little sniper tanks, but i don't use them unless nessasary.

as for the others. i have at least 1 of each (bar an exterminator) and each has done its job but the jack-of-all-trades Battle Tank is still better.
