Until the Forge Fathers come along, probably primarily Enforcers, since I'm a sucker for elite forces and both of those scratch my itch.

Asterians may also rank for me (even if they are dirty space elves) simply because I like the force concept. Which means Marauders will probably fill my 3rd or 4th slot, depending on where the Elves end up sitting.

Can't wait for the second wave and all my precious spess dorfs though.

Enforcers.

Even though I backed the kickstarter, I think I'm going to use Halo Action Clix Spartans, just to be different.

Leaning towards The Plague for now.
The stage 1 model and the stage 2s (other than the one doing the jumping jack) look awesome in my opinion. I like the concept of their playstyle as well and I'm looking forward to getting them soon.

Even though I'm an enforcer fan all the way, I think the 1st gen is the coolest model in Deadzone. Probably actually the coolest mini Mantic makes. It's beautiful (in a hideous sorta way).

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Due to work, I can usually only ship any sales or trades out on Saturday morning. Please trade/purchase with this in mind.

Hmm, coolest model in DZ? Just from the pics, I'm going to say any of these three:

Plage 1st Gen.
Marauder Captain
Enforcer Sniper

Of course, when I get the models in my hands (hopefully tomorrow) then I may well change my opinion. I have very high hopes for the Rebs, especially the Terraton.

Just wait until the peacekeepers come out.

^This. The only thing redeeming my marines ATM is Terminators, and I think they're gonna get pushed off the shelves soon too.

Yeah, when the Peacekeepers hit the market I'll probably buy a ton. Same with the Forge Guard and Cyphers if they're well done and in Hard Plastic.

Probably will get 15 peacekeepers. I have like 30 terminators and don't want to paint them all, trying to not make the same mistakes going forward.

I am rebels all the way mainly because I love the variation. Second runner up are the enforcers, who I will be using as a body guard for a future inquisitor in my 40k games. I get my package delivered today so when I get home from work I'll get to finally put my hands on these things. Only 6 more hours to go.

Definitely going Marauder. How bad can chainsaw dogs be?

If you're still waiting on shipping, never fear. I was really impressed with FedEx this time around. It was 25 hours between when I found the shipment left Mantic, and was put into my physical hands. I live in St. Louis, MO. I wasn't expecting it to make it past customs until right before Christmas, honestly.

Hah! Someone who does this stuff and 'doesn't' live hundreds of miles away? Neat. If they can get one to St Louis, surely they can find me here.

Wonder if miniature market will start to carry deadzone when it goes full retail.. might become a go to store for me if that's the case.

Uh, they had 15 copies of the base game in stock as of this morning.

Nice, I never even thought to check (and just realized such a thing exists and is so relatively close). I mean I'm glad I backed this, but future projects I will weight a little more carefully.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
You are certainly correct, they seem to sell everything for DZ that exists in a retail sense at the moment, excellent. And much closer than The Warstore, may have found a new place from which to order all of my models (not that I should need many after deadzone for a long while)

I was super keen on Rebs. But the Marauders are simply awesome miniatures. Play wise no idea yet but with one of each faction I'll be able to try them all out

Having now got the models (Hooray!) I am urpirsed at how much the plague have grown on me. The 1st Gen is absolutely stunning, and the 2nds are great as well. Even the 3As have a lot of character to them. Plague were initially my least favourite faction from the pics, but the models have completely turned them around.

The Rebs too are just as good as I had hoped, the Terraton being awesome.
