Well, I'm partial to blue and orange myself, but any bright, bold color would work, as the colors on your models right now are very neutral and earthy. I'd just use the spot color to paint some straps, pieces of armor, weapons or warpaint. A neat effect would also be to use a very saturated color on the weapons/faces (the important bits), and less saturated shades on the straps (less important bits).
