CSM with as many allied horrors as you can cram in. They just sit on objectives and provide warp charge points for a reasonable cost.

Would it be worth it to wait for the CSM new book? Is there going to be a new book, or is it going to be like a Khorne equivalent (Mixing daemons and CSM of Tzeetch let's say)?

GW is releasing books at a pretty rapid pace. There are only a few left that haven't been updated and Chaos is one of them. So while there are no rumors about CSM being done as of yet, it's a safe bet by this time next year they'll have something.

No rumors? GW just started posting pics of new Khorne minis today. Just like they did with every other army update.

Are they going to split the book into 4 gods, or the Khorne Daemonkin was just a fluke?

Those are fantasy related for AoS though. Nothing concrete for 40k other than the Lord of Change coming out later this year. But event hat ties into Fantasy more than 40k really.

No one knows. You'd kind of expect them to release one of these types of books for each of the Greater Demon releases so they kind of have a codex release to go with them. However, the Khorne book was merely a copy/paste job from the Demons and CSM books. As we get closer to a release of either demons or CSM, it will be less likely we'll get a demonkin book.
