Wait, Space Marines are sane men? You would think that being kidnapped as a child and forced through all kinds of bloody and dangerous trials with your friends dying around you and then subjected to years of constant brainwashing before being forced to undergo extreme, painful and dangerous surgery to turn your body into a grotesque, massive hulk of muscle and fused bone would leave a few traces on your sanity. And that is before the constant war and suffering that you will witness for the rest of your life.
Space Marines are anything but sane men.

Yeah, as much as people like stories about Space Marines that pal around with regular humans, to be true to fluff they would mostly be cold, religiously-minded sociopaths who would just brush aside a human on their way to their own business, as they no longer would be able to relate to "normal" humans. Chapter Serfs, maybe as they probably extend their feelings of Chapter loyalty to them, but on the whole i feel that Space Marines would treat humans like humans treat servitors.

Some do. it really depends on the culture of the chapter.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

The Salamanders are known for doing just this, when they are not at war, they will spend their spare time hanging out with the people on their recruitment planets.
