Keep in mind that you have to pay at least 2CP for that strat, as you need to pay 1CP to unlock the seigebreaker keyword first.

So you are paying 2CP just for a chance to generate mortal wounds.
Its not that great. Not that the game needs more mortal wounds, anyway.

Well this would be mortal wounds limited to prominent models only, like tanks, dreads, etc.

Would you be ok if it bad a 10 wound target minimum?
