I say yes.

The Tesseract Ark seems like a good buy. It's output is quite a bit less than the equivalent in Lokhust Destroyers with CP spent, but it takes a lot less CP to run and has better durability for the points. I'd think that the Ark is a bit better as a generalist heavy support platform. I may need to look into getting one for my Mephrit list.

I don't know about tank busting but the T Ark is a great generalist infantry killer. Shame it's FW though and the Annhilation Barge conversion you can do is is ugly af
