No, having seen what Koyo has chosen to bring to market, I don't think I would like them to make those. Nothing about the Gryph or the Nurgling really strikes me, from the style they're done in to the applique guts. My hope is that these do well enough for someone else to take notice and get a license to produce other plushies, like how McFarlane and Bandai are both bringing out Warhammer action figures.

Ideally, the conversation goes something along these lines:
"Wow, these Warhammer nerds will buy anything won't they?"
"Yeah, but Koyo screwed up. Everyone knows Warhammer nerds love Space Marines the most."
"Everyone? You knew that?"
"Well, it's what the research shows."
"It makes sense, I suppose. Who wouldn't love snuggling up to a miniature plush of a giant man with anger issues?"
"The angrier the better, right?"
"I don't know. I'm not a nerd. I guess."
And then after five minutes of googling, they greenlight a Kharn plush.

Please guys (and gals), you know what you want. A huge Genestealer plushie with adjustable limbs who will hug you with all of its four arms when you're sad.

In the last GW survey I filled out, I focused on two things. It was mostly improvements for Khardron Overlords, which almost all of them made it into the 2nd edition codex, and nurgling plushies. Thanks for listening to me, GW.

This looks like the kind of thing that someone would invent in an internet argument from 5 years ago - say that Warhammer was losing it's edge so much GW was going to start releasing plushies - and people would laugh and say they were overreacting.

They aren’t exactly the biggest history of 40k if you know what I mean.

Some stuff on the AoS side, thoughts? Crab could be good, but I don’t know that it’s gonna translate. People just liked the model/sculpt, as opposed to it being a huge following (but maybe that’s how it starts..)

The exposed guts on the Nurgling is a little weird for a plushie, but I'd still get one price depending. Now do Eldrad, a Watcher in the Dark, and Fateweaver!

So the Nurgling Plush is out, and I'm confused about the pricing - £12.99 from GW, £14.99 from Koyo (the manufacturer), and the worst I've seen is £18.99 from Merchoid! What is going on?

Did exactly the same myself when doing an in store order at my local store yesterday, looked around for something that was 13 quid and would not add to the painting pile...and there he was.
