Went to Ard Boyz Semi Finals in Springfield Illinois managed to take first place with my nids summary of matches below here is my lsit. Sorry this is just a outline of my day not very specefic. If you have questions about details just ask me.

Foreword on Matches Everyone i fought this year was very polite and nice. They all knew their armies and the rules. Everyone was very expedient managed to get to 6th turn in every single game even though i was running a horde list i was very happy with that.
Match 1 Vs Drop pod Black Templars
This was a good match, he started showing up peice meal on the 2nd turn he dropped in and severly hurt a squad then i charged on my turn and killed them, thats a summary of how the game went. At the end he had a few squads left that consolodated on one objective. he dropped in a land speeder and contested one objective and i managed to get away with a minor victory. Good player managed to steal away a major victory for me on last round. i managed 15 victory points
Match 2 Vs Tau
Tau Player had like 9 crisis suits 2 pathfinder squads, 4 broadsides a hammer head some kroot and some 3 devilfish. This guy knew Tau pretty well but i was on him by turn 2 with stealers, and raveners and managed to tie up alot of his shooting, by third turn it was me assaulting him while he tried to stay away form my nastier units. Great game though nice player just didn't have the tools to deal with me. Massacre for my win 24 points
Match 3 Vs Eldar Scatter Laser Spam
His list was something like 3X 3 units of 2X scatter laser war walkers, 2 units of fire dragons in wave serpents 1X unit of Dire avengers in wave serpent, and storm guardians in wave serpent, 2 guardian bike squads, a seer council bike squad and eldrad, I went second and first turn before i acted i lost 2 tervigons. I wanted to cry. Luckily the tyranid retribution was swift with my hive guard coming in and due to him ocming in on the sides my hive guard were immediately in range and managed to kill or disable roughly 4 or 5 of his 2x scatter laser war walkers which took a lot of offense out of his army. This degenerated into a slug fest with my reserves coming in and hurting him then him moving to counter, more reserves come in they kill stuff he counters. My hive guard won me the game i managed a minor victory with 16 bp
Final Results
I Tied a guard player for First we both had 55 points and I managed to beat him by VP he took second, eldar player that I fought in third round had 54 due to 2 matches before me he had massacres. I was really really lucky that I won. I didn't have to fight a mech guard or a wolves list either of which would crush my list probably.
