The Beares of Chaos are one of the most fanatical traitor Legions to be found in the imperium. it is unknown from where they came from but one thing is sure they are here and they have torn apart the eastern fringes of tau empire looting & pillaging Millions of Cities, Farmlands & military compounds.
They usually kill everyone and steal & loot all their vehicles to be used elsewhere. They have so many Looted Weapons & Vehicles that they are way over supplied they may sell these to pirates & renegades but not often.

The Tactics they use may vary from Attrition Warfare to direct Assault for example:
On the Planet Fares 9 which had over 40,000 firewarriors, 2000 crisis suits,1100 hammer heard gunships & 800 Barracudas they conquered the planet using gurellia warfare drawing bits & pieces of the tau force away & slaughtering them all till there was no military presence left Millions Died in the massacre soon after

Another Example would be the Imperial Planet of Seren 4 where they sent wave after wave of cultists to their deaths to weaken the guardsmen defenders when they were weakened enough the heavy forces moved in for the kill

Like The word bearers the lords enforce a strict religious rules on the legion every marine & traitor guard & Cultist decorate their amours with dozens of scriptures & symbols of chaos, their chants are frightening to the core depicting the many natures of chaos. However they shun the use of daemons in battle as well as the use of possessed marines & machinery for they believe the chaos marine far superior to any daemonic entity.

Though Predicting a pattern to the traitors attacks is confusing sometimes impossible the Bearers of Chaos Have recently been on a spree of slaughter hacking their way through many planets at an alarming rate many chapters,imperial guard regiments & the inquisition hunt these traitors to stop their rampage before they spill into imperial territory.


Imus The Cruel:
An extremely powerful & the only Sorcerer in the legion he is charismatic,intelligent & always prepared for anything he got his namesake for the many billions of civilians he killed or sacrificed & millions of cities he razed to the ground in order to please his gods, Through his many conquests he has acquired Several chaos artifacts such as:
The Tome of Havoc: A magical tome containing hundreds of thousands of spells which he use to raise the dead,shield himself,drive entire planets insane, conjure massively powerful projectiles etc
Armour of The Deathless: with out this armour Imus would have been killed many times over as this armour contains hundreds of thousands of foul incarnations,runes,auras,sigils & runes to tzeentch & hundreds of wards agianst nurgle. The armour allows Imus to cheat death over & over again essentially making him immortal
Sting of slaanesh: A warp imbued with the power of both Slaanesh & Tzeentch with the standard funtion of channeling the sorceres power the warpstaff comes with a multitude stinging tentacles with bring a slow & very painful death on the victim
Imus is also the reason the Bearers of chaos are on such a rampage Imus made pacts with over 400,000 daemons of all 4 chaos gods & now the time has come to pay their price with the lives of billions.....or himself

Note: This a completely fiction legion that has nothing to do with the offical war-hammer 40k universe

cool wish i could think of stuff like that for my legion putrid despoilers, a Nurgle and khorne legion im still havin troble thinkin of stuff for em

Nice Legion it sounds pretty creative. Imus sounds interesting, especially the part about having to pay the price in return for his power. My only complaint is that the Legion sounds a tad too powerful. Maybe you could list a time it was beaten back or something just to show that it's definitely strong but its not perfect.
