I feel like this is a pretty standard vulkan loadout, but just making sure before I pick up the remaining items for my list.

Pretty standard Vulkan Spam, I'm not fealing the Scouts though, i think you'd be better off with another predator.

I like the scouts for sniping heavy/special weapons, also for sitting on an objective while the rest of the troops move forward.

If your doing that, they need camo cloaks...
