Not sure if this is the right place to put this, please feel free to move it if it is not.
Last week I ordered a Redeemer and box of Deliverers from the Warstore. The Redeemer had to be back ordered and was filled within a couple of days, but I have still yet to receive the usual e-mail that it has shipped. I sent a message through their Order Status screen explaining the situation, and received what I think is an automatic message:
Hi
I will check into this for you today.
Thanks!
Neal
Has anybody else done the same thing and can give me some advice? Is it better to send an e-mail through the address that Neal usually sends the order confirmations through?

While email's never been an issue for me, phone calls tend to work out really effectively as well.

They've got 5-6 people working there right now. And they seem to be pretty heavily swamped with the Daemon stuff just having gone up on preorder.

Also keep in in mind that their website mentions they are off to a Con, so they may have a skeleton crew on-staff at present which may explain things...
I did notice this, which is why I waited so long to send the e-mail (the e-mail you receive when getting order confirmation told me to notify them if I didn't get the shipping info in 24 hours). I will try calling tomorrow.

Dakka, what is good in life?
To crush other websites,
See their user posts driven before you,
And hear the lamentation of the newbs.
