Idea is its a fluffy army with devs and dreadnought providing heavy fire as fast moving troops pul te opposition apart.

There are several illegal items in this list.

Assault Squad Sergeant do not purchase a storm shield. They get a combat shield, which is much much worse.

The Scout Squad must purchase camo cloaks for every model in the squad, or none at all. You can't just put them on only the sniper-armed ones. You have to spend another 15 points and buy them for the others as well. I'm also not sure what 'shotgun/combat blade/boltgun' means? You can't have all three on a given scout. it's one of the options only. Blade, bolter, or shotgun.

Scout Bikers must be purchased in a squad of at least 3.

The Devestator squad has five heavy weapons. You're only allowed four.


Once those things are sorted, I'd drop the powerfist off the Captain ASAP. Relic blade instead. Powerfists might be sexy, but you give up the Captains I5 to use it, and since he's an Independent Character, he can be picked out in combat and be dead by the time his I1 comes around to swing the powerfist.

Are you attaching both the Captain and the Librarian to the Assault Squad? That's a lot of points tied up in a single target. What powers are you planning to give him?

I think TheRhino has a point with scoutbikers, Devs and captains wargear.
The major issue of this list is, its more than 1500, ( guessed 80-90 pts).

Maybe:

Captain, artificer armor, relic blade , jumppack. ( stormbolter if you want ).
Librarian, jumppack. ( which 2 powers to take? )

Tac squad, (combat squadded?), droppod, Sgt power weapon, flamer, lascannon. (full 10x)Lascannon? maybe cheaper ML.?
Scout squad, camo cloaks, sniper rifles, missile launcher.(just 5x)
Scout squad, combat blade/ BP, Sgt PF ( rides in LS storm,also 5x)

Scout bikes, Homing beacon. (min squad of 3x)
Assault marines, power weapon, storm shield, flamer ( maybe meltabombs) ( squad of 10X) yes can take stormshield
Bike squad ( no special weapons? , any how to take a LC? ), assault bike / MM. maybe 2x assault bikes instead?
IMo, drop the bikes and put a LS storm in.

Dread, ( LC + AC? ) maybe 2x AC? could be an ironclad, if you need something closer to HtH... like Ironclad / HF

Devs, ( 4x heavy weapons, maybe 4x identical or 2/2 ). Isn't unfluffy to use predators, just dont go full mech.
replace expensive Devs with 2x Predator TL LC/ HB. Now, 2 LC but TL+ 4 HB. And please no plasma pistols at a sarge.
