While this may not be the most competitive build for Eldar out there, I think this will be a rather fun all comers list to play. I don't expect it to win big tournaments or anything but I do want it to be a solid list for casual gaming.

HQ: 270

Farseer- Doom, Guide, Spirit Stones, Warding, Witnessing (runs either with banshees or in falcon)

Autarch- WJG, Mandiblasters, Power Weapon, Fusion Gun ( runs with spiders)

Elite: 686

9 Howling Banshees- Exarch, Executioner, Acrobatic
Wave Serpent- lance

5 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent- shuri cannon, spirit stones

5 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent- shuri cannon, spirit stones

Troops: 814

10 Storm Guardians + warlock- 2 flamers, destructor
Wave Serpent- eml, underslung cannon

10 Dire Avengers- exarch, 2 catapults, bladestorm
Wave Serpent- lance

6 Gu Bikes + warlock- 2 cannons, spear, destructor

5 Dire Avengers (ride in falcon)

Fast Attack: 240

9 Warp Spiders- exarch, dds, blades, withdraw

Heavy Support: 490

Fire Prism- holofields, stones

Fire Prism- holofields, stones

Falcon- eml, holofields

Total: 2500 points, 18 Kill points, 4 troops

I'm a bit worried about not having a death star (jetlock council) in the army list like I had originally planned, however going this path gives me more tanks, and makes more efficient use of the models which I own. The banshees still form a rock hard counter assault, can't be crippled by psychic hoods, runic weapons, or shadow in the warp, and provide something which can engage feel no pain blood angels, etc in combat.

One of the big issues I have trouble with is where to put my farseer. I don't particularly like running special characters, so I'm trying to stay away from Eldrad, both the falcon and the banshees really need the aide of the farseers powers though, and he can only be in one place at a time. One thought I had was dropping the Autarch, and putting a guide seer with warding in the falcon, and a doom seer into the banshee serpent. The issue I have with this is that I really like the +1 to reserve rolls granted by the Autarch, he really makes it awesome when facing armies like IG, and you can make them waste 2 entire shooting phases if they get first turn, and still get 2/3s of your army on the board by turn 2 (unless they have officer of the fleet, in which case the Autarch serves to optionally cancel that power)

Throw the farseer on a jetbike and have him with the jetbike squad. Free up the points slightly smaller banshees and warp spiders

Some spots where you can save points is:
- Drop Spirit stones on tanks, personal experience has shown me that the very situational upgrade isn't worth the 10pts. Prisms should really have no need for these as they should be at max range as much as possible.
- Lance on Howling Banshees to either EML or Scatters. Banshees transports get enough hate as it is, no need to increase that aggro lol.
- Drop the underslung from the Storm Guardians. To get into proper range for the guardians you'll most likely be moving over 6".

Upgrades to make:
- Consider bumping the FDragon serpents up to Scatters. The +12" and one extra shot goes a long way.

As far as changes, I think the Autrach fits nicely in your list, but you are right that you really need a guide on that Falcon. Keep the Seer with the DA and keep their serpent 6" from the falcon for at least the first few round of shooting. Keep your banshees caddy corner to your Dragons, people will think twice about assaulting the dragons at that point
