I wanted to know if anyone knows where i can get this model? Is it an old model that is no longer available?

Dont think you can get it brand new anymore as it is an UltraForge Greater Plague Demon. You can check ebay and possibly get lucky or check on dakkas swap or post on the various trading sites for one.

Just so you know why i dont think it is made anymore GWs IP lawyers were sicked on them due to three little dots on his back that resemble the Nurgle symbol.

wow, went to ultraforge website dosent show it....looks like only warstore sells it.

I would say it is old stock because i looked on ultraforgeminiatures.com and they had no greater plague demon or demon lord that looks like him anymore but it does look like he has plans to revamp and make a new model of it as he has a pic on the site that looks different from all the others. BTW UFs models are very nice and easy to work with.
