Just a random thought, but on some models equipped with Lightning claws (such as Shrike, for instance), the Lightning claws seem to have slots to retract into. Does this mean they are a bit like Wolverines claws, being able to pop in and out? I'd expect so, as it would be impractical to if you're wearing your armour to a breifing or su=omesuch to have long, sharp metal spikes sticking out your hands.
But then, what would be the point of ever paying for power fists? Take a vanilla marine captain, he pays 10pts less for a Lightnig claw than a power fist, so there is no reason why you wouldn't take the claw.

I know that. And the example rule I gave above I would NEVER want implemented. If it was, LCs would be roughly 30-40pts.
But a Lightning claw should probably give +1 strength or something.. considering it IS a powerfist with claws.
Then again, perhaps not; the gauntlet itself has no power field (unlike PFs), only the talons do. I suppose that's the whole uniqueness of the weapon.
Huzzah for stating the obvious, and the people who are bothering to read this.
