Hello

There's a lot of tutorials on making sculpting and moulding your own models. I have an idea for some parts that I'd like to make out of a transparent material.

Does anyone know of any resin or other casting material that is available that is transparent? Anything that I can make see-through casts from?

Thanks!

Probably work

I remember seeing something a long time ago about someone who casted a clear lictor. Can't remember too much more about the post other than it looked _really_ cool. Maybe someone else remembers it better than I...

Assume all my mathhammer comes from here: https://github.com/daed/mathhammer

Hobbycraft sell some clear resin for jewellery making which would do the job fairly well. The biggest problem with it though would be air bubbles. If you dont have a vacuum system setup to pull out the air bubbles, I would be hesitant to recommend trying it.
