Why mix the flamers with a single melta gun in the ccs? doesnt make sense. also I'm very confused at what your vet squads are suppose to do except maybe harkers squad since he can move. either you should swap the assault weapons for sniper rifles to utilize the range of heavy bolter/missile launchers, or just drop the heavy weapons completely.

Versatility for the command squad and those vet squads aren't going to be moving all the time. and when they are stopped the lascannon can fire out the top.
