Hey, I was wondering if a BA scout army would work?

i want to make a chaos army, but think that chaos armies should have very few marines, i've always felt that chaos marines are rare and so wouldn't be in huge legions all the time, rather a small group, maybe 20 or so would control a vast group of IG or cultist. I want to make an army like this, and i would like to use BA since i have that codex and like the idea of dred libbies, and DC and FnP all over the place. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of a way to make a list that had maybe only 15-25 or so marines in it, but could still be a strong list in a tortie setting.

i have a dred already with multi-melta and CCW, as well as 5 marines (one PF, one LC, one TH/PP, and two just regular weapons).
i was thinking of using IG to count as scouts to symbolize the IG who go against the imperium and are now under chaos control.

any ideas?

Razorback spam armies with 4 or 5 Razorbacks transporting 5 Assault Marines each come to my mind.
With an HQ you get an army having 21 to 26 Marines.
Such an army could be supported by Predators and Dreads.

Astorath give you 50% chance of red thirst...and the more trrop units you have the better his ability is utilized...
