OK. I've got some.

Very simple.

I always reckoned that marines are "dumbed down", given their fluff as being super hard genetically engineered cyborg warriors, drafted from the elite of the elite.

Form a SM army entirely from HQ choices, and arrange into small squads. Use the higher point heroes to lead the squads of lower point ones.

Er, that's it.
