I think you're forgetting that Terminator armor, as well as any Powered armor fluffwise, augments the users strength and one would assume his toughness, also you forgot the unique attribute, unless his fluff contains millions of versions of him running all over the galaxy :p . This unit isn't bad for a Special Character, I'm more interested in seeing what you'll do with the fluff. How does one of the oldest living Inquisitors still have the reaction time to justify an I: 4? Maybe something else you can write into the fluff.

Nice counter point with mentioning the SoB, I didn't think about them.

I never disagreed with the I:4 I fits that someone with a WS:5 would also be fast enough to make it count, I was just fishing for fluff.

I didn't put the Ordo Xenos together with the Daemonhammer but now that you mention it wouldn't it fit better to just make him Ordeo Heriticus? I just think you may end up writing yourself into a corner which, trust me, can hurt when you have a good start with a character.

no they dont give them to anyone outside ordo malleus as gifts as they are relics

Ordo Malleus it is then, same question differant group. Wouldn't it just be easier to make him Ordo Malleus so as to explain the hammer?

Sisters of Battle have Power Armor at S3 T3 (correct me if wrong). I wanted to make him good in close combat, but not a total beast. 3 wounds, hitting at I1 with 3 S6 attacks at WS 5 with a 2+/5++ save...he's pretty good. The bolt pistol with Hellfire rounds gives him a bit extra punch.

{As a sidenote: I am aware that he is Ordo Xenos with Daemonhammer. At some point, I will write in him slaying Greater Daemon, and receiving the Daemonhammer as a gift.}

I will add in unique! The I4 to me, represents that he is an incredibly fast human. He's on par with a Space Marine in speed, and better than them at shooting and close quarters skill. Although there are IG characters that have better stats, I still believe that his stats represent the pinnacle of what normal humans should be able to become.

Outside of the already mentioned part about Daemonhammers being "relics" that aren't given to anyone outside the Ordo Malleus or Grey Knights, I like him.

Instead of him having a Daemonhammer...why not have him with a master-crafted force/power weapon that's also been anointed by the Ordo Malleus to protect the wearer from Daemons and their ilk?

give him mastercrafted storm-bolter and that rule that makes it count-as pistol in hth (grey knights have it)

GK terminators don't though.

I think he's quite good, fairly pointed and all, but I agree its a bit strange having a terminator armoured model with a bolt pistol. I know Rex has one, but he's carrying a storm shield as well. Perhaps a 12" assault 2 weapon that grants an extra attack in CC? Sort of like a twin bolt pistol mounted on his wrist.
