Can an eldar jetbike turbo boost 24", then move 6" in the assault phase? Also do all skimmers have deep strike by default? I think the answer to both of these is no but wanted to check with the dakka experts!
Actually just thought of another: would the avatar grant a cover save (4+) to a 10 man guardian squad directly behind it?

Turbo Boost = Can do no other voluntary actions in the turn so no.

A vehicle must have deepstrike or a USR that allows DS to DS. It is not by default.

if you can partially obscure 50% of the guardian squad from LoS of the shooter with the avatar then yes.

DE FAQ:

Page 14, Reaver Jetbike. The entire entry should
be replaced with the following:
‘A Dark Eldar character on a Reaver Jetbike
changes its unit type from Infantry to Jetbike,
with all of the benefits of an Eldar Jetbike
described in the rulebook. The model gains +1
Toughness as normal, but also +1 Strength due
to the combat blades fixed to the bike. The bike

not count towards the character’s weapons
allowance. Characters mounted on Jetbikes
cannot be given Webway Portals or Crucible of
Malediction.’

As per this, the old reaver jetbike rules don't exist anymore as they are replaced as per the errata.
