I think you can find an Icon bearer from the Scourged in the CSM codex, though the scheme seems pretty simple: Black with red and blue highlights, and gold trim...

The scourged are not black, although you certainly cant paint em that way if you wish, they are blue like Tzeentch with the alternative color red on what you wish. And gold trim.
